What will America look like?
It is interesting to see how systematically the foundations of what made America the place where people yearned to be are being taken away... In the name of security or tolerance, the people and BELIEFS that created America are slowly being removed from the fabric of American life more and more every year.
WHO wins in this endeavor? The only true winner at EVERY turn is some lawyer. I wonder how much of the GNP is actually winding up in the pockets of lawyers and politicians (most of whom are lawyers). The demand for more and more investigations by an increasingly corrupt system, I now think that the only profession that will survive outsourcing and cutbacks with be the legal industry...
For all of you who are being outsourced or cut-back, demand law school training instead of business, computer or administrative skill upgrades... if you can stand the daily dipping in slime.. you should do pretty well over the balance of your working life... right up to the point where the light that was America dims forever and we become just another 3rd world country.
We are no longer able to produce what we need simply because we have exported many or most of the manufacturing jobs that used to be the catalyst of so much innovation. Where manufacturing is done, innovation springs forth... when that is no longer happening in America, our advantages will disappear overnight.. much like the Cloud of Glory that proceeded the children of Israel during their tribulations on the way to the promised land, when the Blessings of God move beyond an America that is no longer able to honor Him in ANY public forum... the decline is not far behind... we move further away from the broad middle-class that separates us from all other industrialized countries and history is a pretty accurate guage of what happens during the decline of once GREAT societies.
WAKE UP WASHINGTON... time is almost up. The people spoke this past election and it took you less than a month to go back to business as usual... it is time to remember what the monarchs of England overlooked... the FOLKS will eventually grow tired of the yokes and bonds placed on them by people they are trusting to do what is right for the future generations... if the WASHINGTON elite has become so self-centered they can not look beyond their own political future's, then the next generation of Godly American patriots will take their place in history and get this country back on track. We were more than a good economy or healthy corporate profits... we will be again.. God willing!

This is what the prophet meant when he said that Ephraim's strength was sapped away buit he knew it not. Been reading a lot go Micah, Zephaniah et al in the last year and its very clear to me that all these problems were prophesied long ago in any land that was God's but ceases to seriously follow after him.
Praying for revival, that the scales may fall from the eyes of the people in America.
